I thought this post was apropos of my Monday post. Alcohol levels reflect sugar levels in the grape. So even if sugar levels are high, if the grape is physiologically not overripe and has sufficient acid, it will not be out of balance.

These descriptors sure sound silly when it comes to marijuana. The fact that they don’t sound just as silly for wine is just due to the fact that by constant repetition we been beaten into submission.
